Welcome to Leana Randol Yoga during this time of Covid-19!
I hope you are moving through this time with grace. There have been many changes to our daily routine and way of life and at times we can feel overwhelmed. We’re all having our own experience and finding our own way to move through times like this.
As I navigate through these changes and transitions I find myself reflecting on what I value and what I am grateful for in my life. I’m paying more attention and becoming more aware of my thoughts, feelings, attitude, and actions and it has been helpful for me to ask myself, "what do I want to create?" I wake up every morning, connect to my breath and set an intention of what I want to create for the day.
My intentions used to be my "to do" list or something specific, but that has recently changed. What I want to create now has centered me and brought me to my heart. No matter what is happening inside of me emotionally or with the external events around me, I know that whatever I do, I want to do it with love. To create with love. This has simplified life for me in a powerful way. Everyday I receive this gift of life. I have the opportunity to live my intention, let go, and practice faith & love.
I have started a private Facebook Group called "Naam Lifestyle with Leana" where I share breath work, movement, sound meditation, and other tools from Naam Yoga. These are the methods that have changed my life and helped me to move into greater awareness, health, and joy.
To join the group you can click on the Facebook link below, request to join, and pay $10 a month to have access to weekly meditation and yoga classes on-line. Access to the group is free for students currently taking my Naam Yoga Classes.
